TEAMS GUIDE

Presenting the rules for Teams for Pro Revolution Academy
A Team is a Group of Members that have formed to compete against other Groups (Teams). Each Team may only have 4-10 Members, 4 being the minimum and 10 being the maximum. This is to ensure the maximum level of participation. The Leader will have to have been assigned a Dormitory. The maximum amount of Members without a Dormitory in a Team can be 2 with NO exceptions.

A Team will have to have a Leader and if the Leader chooses to, a Sub-Leader. You can also have a War Commander in your Team who will decide who to War and so on. Sub-Leaders and War Commanders are not necessary, but a Leader will be needed for the Team to be official. The Team should not have any unethical words/sentences or the Leader/Creator will be advised to remove offensive content. The name of the Team should be free of any offensive content.

When creating a Team, please follow this format (you may also follow a similar format but it needs to have at least 1 or 2 of the aspects):
  • Team Name:
  • Team Rules:
  • Description(Optional):
  • Team Logo (Optional):
  • Team Leader:
  • Team Sub-Leader (Optional):
  • Team War Commander (Optional):
  • Team Members:
  • War History (Optional):
The maximum amount of Teams a player can create is 1 so please do not try creating another Team. When you are creating your Team please post the topic on the Team Registration section and start gathering Members. Once your Team has enough Members, a War Manager will move your topic to the Official Teams Area and you will be free to War against other Teams. You will have to have at least 4 Members before your Team is official. When you add a Member to your Team, that Member needs to confirm on the Team thread that he will be joining your Team or he is not official on your Team. Also, as a bonus, your Team will get 500 Game Stars that you can distribute between your Members (maximum 100 per head for regular Members and 150 for Leader) as soon as it's moved to the Official Teams Area and a special Team Item, which is going to be your official Team Logo (you just need to provide our Art Master all the necessary info: main image, secondary image (if necessary) and font type).

If a Member is removed from a Team, that Member may join any other Team as they see fit. As an alternative to gain some profit in this situation for both parties, you can use the Transfer Market to place the Member on the transfer list to see if some other Team offers a specific amount of Game Stars for his services, 70% of the total transfer amount will go to the Team and 30% to the Player, everybody can benefit here! If a Member leaves a Team of his/her own recognizance, they must wait at least 2 weeks to join another Team. If a Team Leader disbands a Team, he/she must wait 2 weeks to join another Team, and cannot make a new Team for 1 month. Choose wisely!

Teams can rank up their Levels according to their performances in Wars, with LV 0 being the lowest Ranked Team and LV 10 being the highest Ranked Team. When a Team ranks up in Level, the Players of that Team will receive a special gift from the Administrators of PRO Revolution Academy. This is the format of Ranks:
  • LV 0 - 0-5 wins
  • LV 1 - 6-9 wins
  • LV 2 - 10-14 wins
  • LV 3 - 15-19 wins
  • LV 4 - 20-25 wins
  • LV 5 - 26-31 wins
  • LV 6 - 32-38 wins
  • LV 7 - 39-45 wins
  • LV 8 - 46-55 wins
  • LV 9 - 56-70 wins
  • LV 10 - 71-100 wins
If a Team reaches a scary statistic of more than 100 won Wars, the Art Master of PRA will make a special Team wallpaper and unique signatures for every Member of that Team, the Team will get a special rank of LV LEGENDARY, the Admins of PRA will award each Player of that Team with 10000 Game Stars, all the Duelists of that team will automatically be placed in the Divine Titans Dormitory and the Leader of that team will be promoted to PRA Moderator.

********
War Duels So Far
Team 1 Winner > Team 2 Loser (If the Team 1 Wins)
Team 2 Winner > Team 1 Loser (If the Team 2 Wins)

War Formats
Classic Format
This Format will be done with Konami's most recent Ban List, will consist of a 4-8 person Team, including the General, or Team Leader, for 6-10 Hearts. Each Heart will consist of one match between one Member of each of the two opposing Teams. All winning replays or screenshots will be posted for each match to be awarded. If you post only screenshots, the Player that lost should confirm his loss.

Advanced Format
This Format will be done with Konami's most recent Ban List, will consist of a 4-8 person Team, including the General, or Team Leader, for 6-10 Hearts. Each Heart will consist of two singles duels between one Member of each of the two opposing Teams. After all of the hearts are gone, the Team's General will step in, and battle until he either takes out the opposing Team, or loses 2 singles, after which the opposing Team will win. All winning replays or sceenshots will be posted. If you post only screenshots, the Player that lost should confirm his loss.

Ultimate Format
This Format will be done with Konami's most recent Ban List, will consist of a 4-8 person Team (4 main Players and 0-4 Subs) and be played in 4 rounds. The main difference between this format and the first two is that the Teams will arrange a specific time to meet and play the 4 rounds in a row in the same day (for example, Saturday or Sunday). 4 Players from Team A will face the 4 Players of Team B head-to-head, after round 1 has been completed, pairings will be switched for each of the next rounds so the Duelists that already faced each other can't meet again. If a Team decides to make a change in their line-up, a Sub Player can be used, but the replaced Player can't come back again to the Battlefield. All duels need to be match format and the replays or screenshots will be posted for each match to be awarded. If you post only screenshots, the Player that lost should confirm his loss. This is the War format that was being used in Yu-Gi-Oh! Online 3 and it proved to be very exciting and challenging!

Activity During Wars
The War needs to be active. If the War hasn't progressed in 3 days at all then the most inactive Team will lose 1 Heart (for Classic format) or 1 Half-Heart (for Advanced format), then the timer will reset. If at any time, a total of 15 days (360 hours) of inactivity has occurred, the War will be nullified, and neither Team will recieve points.

Subs
Subs will be accepted at any time, must be posted in the War thread and accepted by the opposing Team before they may enter. In the case of Advanced format, a Sub may not be used to resolve a duel for a Half-Heart. Each Half-Heart is property of the Duelist who lost the First Half.

Disputes
In the event of a disconnect during a War match, ensure that all replays are saved. In the event a replay can't be saved, attempt to take a screenshot of the field. If a Winner could not be decided after the disconnection, Players can replay that duel. Simply setup a new match, surrender appropriately (so you can side), and continue dueling from the game that was left off. If there are any disputes on the outcome of a duel, a War Staff Member will review any replays, screenshots, or accounts of the match and will come to a decision on how to proceed. The War Staff Member's decision is final and will be accepted by both teams.

Rewards in Wars
Reward for Winning Team
50 GS

Each Player will get 10 GS per win during each War. If a Player has not warred then he/she will not receive any Game Stars. The Game Stars award above shows how much GS the Winning Team will receive excluding individual wins.

Rewards for Losing Team
30 GS

In addition, each Player will get 10 GS per win. Players on the roster that don't participate will receive no points.
