WHICH WILL YOU CHOOSE?

In the Virtual World arc of the Yu-Gi-Oh! second series anime, each Duelist choosed any card they would otherwise use in the Duel, including cards from the Extra Deck. This is then known as the Duelist's Deck Master. These Deck Masters are not classed as being on the field and stay face-up next to the player until the player decides to Special Summon it to his/her side of the field. The Deck Master's effect(s) are still active while not being played on the field.

You will be tasked with building your own deck which will contain within it a deckmaster. Each deckmaster has his own unique power and so choose your deck wisely along with which deckmaster will best help you in order for you to achieve success. Deckmasters cannot be destroyed or removed from the field by any means.

RULES OF THE TOURNAMENT

16 or 32 participants (depending on how popular this tournament is)
Match single elimination (winner goes through)
March 2013 Banlist OCG/TCG
Deck changing between rounds is allowed however you will not be able to change which Deckmaster you choose.
At the beginning of each duel you will take the deckmaster from your deck (or hand) and activate it (if it is activated from your hand draw an additional card)

No field spells are allowed to feature in the deck (except for the ones you proxy for deckmasters - these do not count as fieldspells)
Stalls and Burns are accepted except for any form of exodia or final countdown
Your deck must include 1 deckmaster which you will search in the beginning of the game (so a minimum of 41 cards is needed).

FIRST PLACE - 250GS
RUNNER UP - 100GS
3RD PLACE - 50GS

YOU MUST CHOOSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING (AS YOUR DECKMASTER)

AKIRA (PROXY ANCIENT FOREST)
During each of your turns, if you have normal and/or special summoned 3 monsters during your main phase you can activate one of these effects:

Normal summon/set one additional monster this turn
Select one face up monster with 2,000 attack or less, this turn it can attack your opponents lifepoints directly.

BOTAN (PROXY BLACK GARDEN)
During each of your turns, if you have activated 3 spell and/or trap cards during your main phase you can activate one of these effects:

Select 3 spell cards from your deck, your opponent chooses one at random to add to your hand, shuffle the rest back into the deck.
Select 3 trap cards from your deck, your opponent chooses one at random to add to your hand, shuffle the rest back into the deck.

CHIKA (PROXY CHAOS ZONE)
During your endphase, if you have special summoned a card by banishing one (or more) monsters from your graveyard you can activate one of these effects:

Draw one card
Select and Destroy one card your opponent controls

DAI (PROXY DARK CITY)
During your endphase, if a face up card you control(led) was destroyed and sent to the graveyard by a card effect (except by battle) you can activate one of these effects:

Return one of those destroyed card(s) to the top of the deck
Select 3 normal/effect monsters in your graveyard and shuffle them into the deck, then draw one card

FUJITA (PROXY FOREST)
During your endphase, if you normal/special summoned any normal-type and/or tuner monsters you can activate one of the following effects based on the number you summoned this turn.

1-2: draw cards from the deck equal to the amount you summoned this turn
3+: look at your opponents hand, select and send one card from their hand to the graveyard.

PROXY = THE CARD YOU WILL PUT IN YOUR DECK WHICH WILL SIMULATE YOUR CHOSEN DECKMASTER
